Warren Massey is an IT professional with a distinguished career leading the design, deployment and support of advanced technology solutions, building and managing organizations in the commercial world as well as with the DoD, and IRS. He was Information Assurance (cyber-security) Manager for the Army Human Resources Command. At the Pentagon, he was awarded the Army Meritorious Service Award for his contract management work in information assurance for the Office of the Chief of the Army Reserve. Given complete oversight to “course correct” design and deployment of the Defense Integrated Military Human Resources System for Personnel and Pay (DIMHRS), the world’s largest ERP effort, he created and lead a coalition of teams from across the DoD to implement the new system. As Senior Director for IT at Triple Canopy Inc. he directed the daily operations of communications and data networks for over 10,000 people at 50 sites on four continents, as well as leading software engineering and development for that company. Warren is currently leading a DevOps initiative at the IRS. He holds a BA in History and Government from the WVU Institute of Technology and an MA in Computer Resources and Information Management from Webster University.
