Chief Visionary Officer

Mr. Wolff is an Associate at Anderson & Anderson, LLP and an entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio of cutting-edge commercial space, robotics, and technology companies. Admitted to the Appellate Division, First Department of New York State, he received his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University and his Juris Doctorate from Immortal Data IncNew York Law School. He has wide experience in corporate law, business development, emerging intellectual property, finance, complex international trade agreements, and arbitration and mediation. An accomplished litigator, Mr. Wolff serves as legal counsel for startup companies across the market. He practices contract law, real estate law, intellectual property, and finance law. He is also an accomplished entrepreneur, developing a corporate portfolio of startup companies in diverse markets. Mr. Wolff is the co-founder of Deep Space Industries, an asteroid mining corporation, and co-author of a new provisional patent for metal 3-D printing processes for that company. He co-founded D-Shape Enterprises LLC, a mega-scale concrete 3-D printer company with the first permit for 3-D printed construction in the United States. He is also the co-founder of a food 3-D printing company; business director for a cellphone software company; and business administrator for E-Cans, a can recycling technology startup company. An avid inventor and writer, Mr. Wolff has been cited in publications from the Wall Street Journal to the San Francisco Chronicle and New York Tech Blog.
