Arlene Dodds is a strategist with 35 years of experience leading business growth initiatives. She established and maintains our corporate entity and designations as a government contractor. Her professional engagements include developing business in the government market for Tier 1 contractors such as Northrop Grumman and Lockheed Martin mainly providing services to the Department of Defense and the IC. Her ability to guide teams to develop and offer solutions that serve customers’ missions has enabled contractors to secure strategic opportunities as large as $2.5B. She is an expert in organizational change associated with digital modernization and transformation programs. For the commercial transportation market on the operations side, she oversaw a portfolio of 12 programs individually valued at $100M (light rail) and 7 programs individually valued at $60.4M (heavy rail) while attaining quality performance IAW US Federal and nation-specific technical and security regulations. For these programs, she directed expert teams to develop software training systems and simulators for operators and maintainers of the largest fully automated transportation networks in the world. She has negotiated cooperative international training of key workers for technology modernization and transformation programs (each valued $100M-$220M) for many of the nation’s largest and most progressive automated industrial facilities (e.g., aluminum/steel and composite). She holds a BA from Chatham University and professional certifications in competitive intelligence, positioning to win, governance, operational excellence, and program management (including SAFe Agile).
