Immortal Data has opened an investment round for accredited investors through EquityShift.com, our online fundraising platform.
The offering will be conducted via a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE).
If you are an accredited investor, follow these steps to participate:
1) Create an account on the EquityShift platform.
2) Complete the Profile Identity Verification (photo ID scan and address verification).
3) In the Offer tab, search for Immortal Data.
4) Review the offering documents in the EquityShift dataroom.
5) Complete the accredited investor verification required by the SEC rules.
6) Complete your investment directly on the EquityShift platform.
